SOP volunteer Claire has been such a huge help in getting (and keeping) our pet food pantry clean and organized. She’s gotten to know many of our clients and knows what food their pets prefer. She never stops moving, and she never stops smiling! This month she went above and beyond by organizing grocery ’kits’ for our clients who would typically receive SNAP benefits. She knew that with the suspension of that program, many of our clients could use some extra TLC. She REALLY went above and beyond to ensure each client that needed it, received meat, eggs, fruit, canned goods, and snacks to take home; 40 bags of groceries, and many more bags of pet food went out the door today! Our hearts are filled because of it…because of HER. THANK YOU, Claire…we love your big sooooo muuuuch!!
Y’all…we know times are tough and they might get tougher, but rest assured, SAVE Ohio Pets will be here for this community for as long as we can, in whatever ways we can!
